Meet Julen & Mimi
A boutique, owner-run dive operation in Cozumel. Julen guides every trip in the water; Mimi makes sure everything around it runs without a hitch.
Julen Carrero — Technical Diver & Instructor
Known to friends and guests as "El Hostia," Julen has been diving Cozumel's reefs since 2008. A technical diver and multi-agency instructor certified across PADI, SSI, RAID and SDI, he reads the reef like a book and keeps the perfect distance — close enough to support you, with the space to enjoy your dive. Thousands of dives in, he still treats every trip as personal.
Inma Terra "Mimi" — Guest Experience & Logistics
A professional diver since 2016, Mimi runs everything around the dive: pickups and transfers, gear, lodging, the thoughtful touches between dives, and fast answers on WhatsApp before and during your trip. A certified life coach, she's the reason the whole experience feels calm and effortless — and the person guests remember for the care.
