A dramatic deep drift along one of Cozumel's most famous walls — a sheer face that begins around 18m and falls away into the blue, riddled with overhangs, tunnels, huge sponges and gorgonians.

Diving Santa Rosa Wall
Santa Rosa is the classic Cozumel wall dive. The reef top sits around 18m, then the face drops vertically into open water — a genuine wall that gives the dive its sense of scale and weightlessness as you fly along it on the current.
The wall is carved with overhangs and short tunnels you can drop through, and decorated with oversized barrel sponges and waving gorgonians that thrive in the moving water. Keep one eye on the blue: turtles and eagle rays pass along the edge.
The drift here can be brisk, which is exactly what makes it fun — but it asks for solid buoyancy and comfort with depth, so we run it as an intermediate-to-advanced dive. As always, we choose the line and depth for your group and the day's current.
